Third Annual Menudo and Pozole Cook Off

Dear Menudo and Pozole Cookers, 

If you would like to participate this year, please submit your application by no later than September 15, 2016. Applications are attached as well as the Health Department Application.  Food Concession booths are $125 with a $50 cleanup refundable deposit (separate check please). If selling any additional food items besides menudo/ pozole $150 plus a separate check for the refundable deposit.

We ask that you cook at least 1 gallons of either Menudo or Pozole to give away in samples of at least 2oz.  You will be required to supply your own sample containers to distribute to the public for tasting. You will be able to sale what Menudo/Pozole you have after the tasting is done.  You are required to sale your Menudo/pozole in 30 oz Styrofoam bowls for $7. All team entrees will supply their own bowls and ingredients.

If you wish to operate a Retail Vendor Booth -- arts, crafts, games, information, rides, and retail items -- please contact The Lindsay Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 989 Lindsay, CA 93247.

If you wish to operate a Food Concession Booth please download the Tulare County Event Vendor Application and return it to The Lindsay Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 989 Lindsay, CA 93247.

 


 

 Estimados participantes de preparación de menudo y pozole,

Si desea participar de este año; por favor, envíe su solicitud a más tardar el 15 de septiembre de 2016. Las solicitudes se encuentran adjuntas, así como la aplicación del Departamento de Salud.
