Vendor Information, Applications and Guidelines
The Lindsay Chamber of Commerce strives to make the Friday Night Market and Street Fair vendor environment as friendly, inexpensive, and easy to access as possible.
The Friday Night Market and Street Fair Committee has worked closely with local regulatory entities such as the Board of Health to ensure that any vendor - large or small - can navigate the application process successfully.
We have made our applications available online and included links to the appropriate regulatory agencies forms as well.
In addition, we plan to publish tips shortly from our vendor veterans to help you become a successful Friday Night Market Street Vendor.

Applications
Produce Vendors
Complete the Following Applications and return to the Chamber to sell produce:- Produce Application
- Board of Equalization Special Event Certification Form
- Other requirements: All produce, except home-grown, requires a City of Lindsay Business License

Food Concession Booths
Complete the following applications and return to the Chamber to operate a food concession:- Food Concession Application
- Board of Equalization Special Event Certification Form
- Tulare County Health Department Temporary Food Permit Application - Information and forms may be downloaded at their website.
- Other requirements: A City of Lindsay Seller's Permit is also required. Contact the City Clerk's office if you do not have one.

Arts and Crafts Vendors
Complete the Following Applications and return to the Chamber to sell arts and crafts:- Arts and Crafts Application

Retail Vendors
Complete the following applications and return to the Chamber to operate a retail booth:- Retail Vendors Application

- Other requirements: A City of Lindsay Business License is also required. Contact the City Clerk's office if you do not have one.

Information Booth

Entertainment:
- Performers must have an authorized contract approved by Market Director Virginia Loya. If you have been given instructions to complete the online form, use this form, otherwise, contact Friday Night Street Director Virginia Loya for instructions on obtaining authorization.
Terms and Conditions
Each type of vendor has a separate set of Terms and Conditions required by the Friday Night Market and Street Fair Board. See the links provided under each application above for the specific terms for type of contract.Vendors must designate what they will be selling. The number and types of booths will be at the discretion of the Market Manager. No confetti eggs, water guns, noise poppers, fireworks, canned string of any type are allowed. The Lindsay Friday Night Market and Street Fair Committee reserves the right to restrict vendors to acceptable behavior and appearance during all activities.
