The Lindsay Chamber of Commerce invites you to the 4th Annual Menudo Pozole Cook-Off Saturday, October 7th from 11am to 5pm in Downtown Lindsay. Cash prizes will be given to the Best Menudo ($500) the Best Posole ($500) and the Best Decorated Booth ($100).

Our 4th Annual Menudo & Pozole Cook Off will be on Saturday, October 7th; from 11 am – 5 pm. Menudo and pozole contestants please submit your application (Entry Form and TFF Vendor Application) by no later than September 25, 2017; space is limited. Food Concession booth fee is $125 ($150; if selling any additional food items besides menudo / pozole), with a $50 cleanup refundable deposit (separate check please).
We ask that you cook at least one (1) gallon of either menudo or pozole to give away in samples of at least two (2 oz) ounces cups. You will be required to supply your own sample containers to distribute to the public for tasting. Feel free to sale your menudo/pozole after the tasting is done. All team entrees will supply their own bowls and ingredients. Please serve your menudo/pozole in a 32 oz. Styrofoam bowl with lid to be sold for the amount of seven dollars ($7).
