Annual Menudo and Pozole Cook Off

Please join us in October in Downtown Lindsay for the Annual Menudo and Pozole Cook Off.

Cash prizes will be awarded in the Menudo, Posole and booth decorations contests. Live entertainment will be featured. In addition, a car show, vendors, games and kids and much more will be featured.

Dear Menudo and Pozole Cookers,

We ask that you cook at least 1.5 gallons of either Menudo or Pozole to give away in samples of at least 2oz. You will be required to supply your own sample containers to distribute to the public for tasting. You will be able to sell what Menudo/Pozole you have after the tasting is done. You are required to sell your Menudo/pozole in 30 oz Styrofoam bowls for $6. All team entrees will supply their own bowls and ingredients.
