Business leaders are invited to attend Southern California Edison (SCE) Small Business Community Outreach Event at the Agricultural Technology Application Center (AGTAC) on June 8, from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. AGTAC is located at 4175 South Laspina Street, Tulare, CA 93274.
SCE will provide important information about upcoming changes, and to inform businesses the programs SCE offers to help small business customers manage electricity bills.
Several key topics will be covered, including:
- The General Service (GS-1) rate shift, designed to encourage energy conservation during the summer months. This discussion will include an Action Plan overview.
- SCE’s Energy Efficiency programs, available to help the small business community save energy and money.
- Customer assistance programs, such as the Level Payment Plan (allowing small business customers to spread the cost of high summer bills across the entire year) and On Bill Financing (covering the total cost of adding or replacing equipment for qualified small businesses).
Edison SmartConnectTM, SCE’s new electricity metering system provides options and tools to help customers save energy and money.
