The Lindsay Wellness Center is located at 860 N. Sequoia Ave at the site of the former Lindsay Hospital. The Wellness Center has been developed through a partnership with the Lindsay District Hospital Board and the City of Lindsay.
The facility provides adults with a state of the art safe and friendly place to learn about health and wellness related conditions. Participants can enjoy the company of others in group exercise environment or at their own individual pace.
In addition to group exercise fitness classes, the Wellness Center offers educational health classes, aquatics center, massage therapy, physical therapy, laboratory services, personal trainers and facility rental for your private event.
Our aquatics center is available year round for fitness swimming and June-August for public recreation open swim. We offer adult private learn to swim lessons year round and seasonally lessons are offered for children.
The facility offers Affordable memberships or day passes are available for your payment options.
